• Hold health camps in schools and communities for children and elderly across the country for early detection, timely treatment and documenting the magnitude, distribution and causation of common endocrine health disorders.
  • Undertake follow-up of National health programs launched by Government of India such as Universal Salt Iodisation, Food Fortification and Mid- Day Meal programs to evaluate benefits and concerns of these programs.
  • Interact with Central and State Governments to address the health concerns of Indians and suggest changes in their policies based on our research in these critical areas of endocrine health.
  • Hold regular Symposium and Seminars for doctors to update them with research outcomes of our projects and latest management of Endocrine disorders.
  • Disseminate knowledge and create awareness about nutritional disorders to children, adolescents and elderly through medium of magazines, articles, public lectures and Quiz & Art competitions.
  • Work in collaboration with Alternative system of Medicine like Homeopathy, Ayurveda etc for betterment of medical science.
  • SEHEAC will make special effort to look into rising prevalences of Obesity, menstrual disorders in adolescent girls, macro & micro nutrient deficiency disorders, their causation and associated co-morbidities in school children.
